Does anyone know what the original color of the rims on the WC speed patrols was?  Mine is a 1941.  Were the rims galvanized?  Painted silver?  Painted orange?  Thanks.

I'd be interested in your findings.  My guess is that the rims are orange, but it will be interesting to see what you come up with.

Thanks, Fred.  Mine are going to be the gray color.  Your information should give me an argument for the correct police.
