I picked up a set of WC front spoke cutoffs that have 16" rims on them.   What was used on these hubs on the inside for a dust seal, was it a felt seal just like a 5 bolt hub, or something different and if so, where do I get a set?   I have to get some new bearings which is no big deal as we have a great bearing shop right down the road, but I need to know what to use for the inner seal.
