Sometimes I just make the sleeves from take out sleeves from another engine, sometimes I'll get custom made ductile iron ones. I've got a set of power bore ductile iron sleeves on the shelf if someone needs them

I'd be interested in those sleeves, if he isn't.

They are made for 4.6 or larger bore, to 4.75. I generally build 4.6 and then have room as time goes on to bore over if worn or damaged. I think they are $135 each when ordered, I'd like to move them out as I just don't have time to build engines anymore, so I'd ship them to someone for $500 for the set of 4.

It just takes to much time for me to do all the little operations on clearancing an engine, little custom parts for this and that, etc. I'm just tied up with cyl head and induction work. I enjoy this stuff, but let's face it, there isn't much money in it and its a hobby. I do crankshaft work, stroking, counterweights, etc also. Its just easier to build parts for people.
