Water in Rear Tires ?

Does anyone put water in their tires for weight in the Summer and then drain them for cold weather ? I see a gizmo to put water in the tire. With the high cost of calcium chloride it looks to be a cheap way to add weight. Or is it too hard to get enough water out that will freeze ?? Just asking. 

I guess the big cost is when the tire man does the work - It has been a while since I loaded some tires but it seemed expensive at the time. Just looking for easy cheap add on weight but don't want to do something I will regret later.

I was also thinking of adding water for the summer, Gempler's has adapters for adding fluid. You wouldn't be able to get all the water out but the little thats left in there would have room to freeze, as long as you don't use it in the winter it should be fine.
