You will do well on this tractor. We need guys like you that take the time and the effort to save stuff from the scrapper so when we need parts we have a place to buy them. I hope you do well on all your deals.

you did real good, I worked for neighbor years ago that had a Case 1030D Comfort King and a 830D Comfort King, and I thought they were darn good tractors, not fancy but darn good to get the job done.
I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

I might have done good on this one, dont know about the other. I also bought an International 2444 the same day for $500, and a bunch of equipment the next day.
I thought I should quit while I was ahead, did not go to an auction Saturday.

You need to change your handle to "Super_Trader"!  What a deal! Any chance I can send you my "want list" and have you fill it for me?.................  O_O
Why is there never time to do it right the first time, but always time to go back and fix it?

Power shift wheels and half Orange paint can't be bad. Looks like you got a nice little tractor there.

Sounds like a deal to me...I always liked that series of Case.  I remember drooling over a 730 when I was a kid and trying to convince my dad to buy it.  He never did, so I am still AC....

Looks like a good tractor, worth a lot more then $100.  Get a wheel and tire, tune her up and ask $2,000 for it.  Tractors that size are popular.

You did good. You can get your money out of it even if you have to part it out. But it looks too good to part out.

I'd say you did good. Looks like the back tires are good. For $100, I'd a bit on it too...

It is a John Deere 4 X14.  I like to make little pices out of those green ones, but it is good and for resale.

I took the load of tractor tires, that I bought last Saturday, to the auction Wensday and sold them.  I got almost enough to pay for this Case 530. The case was in the dead row, took a chance, for $100 + tires.  Today I put a battery on, cleaned the points and got the throtle linkage unstuck, and it started right up .  It looks to be good all over, except one front wheel was gone.
