I've been looking for a replacement for my Big Ten and have been told by two different salvage places that it's a crapshoot to buy & rebuild an old one. Both pointed me to Ebay. They run anywhere from $30 to $250 for replacements.

The $30 Chinese clone carbs are not the same quality as OEM. If you don't get one with the choke lever on the correct side you'll have to replace the choke cable on the tractor as it will be too short.
