I sell rims new and my book does not show 15 x38 only 14 or 16 , I have 15x28 4 rail on hand

never seen a 38' 8 hole wheel' unless someone made them. 9 hole is how they were.

Some Fords and Massey's had 38 inch pressed steel wheels with 8-bolts like an AC.   AC 175/185's were available with 8 bolt 38 inch wheels.
