UPDATE!!
 
We got the tractor to the house and is sitting next to my mustang now.  It did turn out to be a locked brake.  I raised the left side of the tractor and turned the adjuster nut a few times and rocked the wheel and it spun free!  Still can't get the wheel weights off but pulling the tractor out wasn't too bad with the yukon and I had my girlfriend help steer the tractor.  I have some pics and video I will post tonight.
 
I was able to drain the fluid from one of the plugs yesterday also.  Got some thick gunk then it was a golden/red color fluid and then thick heavy gunk again.  Shifter goes side to side but will not go into gear.
