Show starts 2 weeks from today.
Oats will not be ready so they will get Round-up. We are running out of room in the swap meet area so we are moving it to the parking lot, plenty of room there and easier to get in and out of. We are moving more tractors out of the main Museum so more venders can set up inside. Plenty of room for camping (no electricity). Friday July 16: Combining oats Fri,(as soon as dew is off). Baling straw. Country Band Fri. evening. Saturday July 17: Plowing oats field. Fun Tractor Pull early Sat. afternoon. Auction Sat. at 5PM. The show is Fri, and Sat. if anyone wants to stay over or come on Sun.that will be OK, we are just doing all the activitys on Fri. and Sat. Also anyone can come early to set up, the port-a-potties will be here Wed. food vender will be here Thur. afternoon thru Sun. morning. Hope to see you all, Dale J. Haymaker 812-249-6996- cell |

I'll be coming Friday morning with the boys and the balloon. I hope to fly both Friday and Saturday evening, weather permitting. Anyone interested in coming along as chase crew, send me a PM.
Dale H - please order up some E to SE winds so I can fly a different direction this year, LOL. Mike |

Darrell, The ground is in very good shape right now, hope it stays that way.
Mike, I was thinking the same thing about S SE winds, I will see what I can do. LOL wkpoor, Yes golf carts are fine, even 4-wheelers are OK if drove responsibly. Michael, I put a list on here and added to it at one time. We have a lot of good items consigned, something for everyone. Edited by Dale H. ECIL - 08 Jul 2010 at 12:48pm |
