Anybody ever go to 1 where not 1 tractor showed up? I did today, its a shame this show in the 70's-80's was huge. They even had the national IHC show 1 year with tractors from all over showing up. There were 14 vendors there in the swap meet area and at least 1 of them was leaving. Its too bad they have a great place to have a show.

No not because of any storm. Used to be called Central Hawkeye Gas Engine and Tractor Assn. It was always held by Waukee Iowa on the south side of I80. It was moved to the fairgrounds in Adel Ia. Maybe no Advertising?? Honestly don't know why no one showed up. Only tractor there as an old binder with loader that must a belonged to the fair grounds. Sure wish them better luck next year.

I was at that show in 2010, first show with the A, was headed down the hill to turn on main street for the parade when the brake gave way. Set up beside Doyle Brubaker, he had his B pulling an All Crop 40 and most impressive was his Rumely 6A, sweet running and looking machine.

That's now a good thing, a tractor show with no tractors! They have some serious issues.
Wish them better luck in the future. Regards, Chris

It's sad, not hardly worth the drive, (50 miles) for me. Was going to order a pair of tires from Miller's and pick up there but was out of town.
