I am in need of an idler gear on a late model #56 IH planter. The old ones were nylon and have disentigrated. I looked at my old #55 that I just sold and they are metal. Does anyone have a good set they would sell? Need some before spring planting.
Thanks
Adam

Got several #58 in the trees. Which idler is it. I don't know if the 56 and 58 was the same. I'd have to look to see if they are any good also. One of them planters worked good when parked. But If they are good, I'd send them to you.

I'll have to look tomorrow. I went to look today when I was doing chores and had a Ewe fool me with 3 lambs and not sucking. I worked with them all day and I think they'll make it.

My old parts planter has a set of metal gears and the planter we used had nylon. On the metal ones, one looked good and the other had some wear in the center hole, but would probably get you buy. They are greasable also. If you want them, you can have them. I'd can drop them in the mail. Let me know. Greg
