Any advice for a first time truck puller?  i am helping put on a truck and tractor pull on Sunday.  stock truck 4x4 class  may pull my 99 superduty if the class isnt real full as ill be pretty busy already.  leaving without breakage is more important than winning.  4 hi?  4 lo?  lockout overdrive?  let off throttle when starts to bounce?

any tips appreciated.

thanks

I'd say four low for sure. If its a real loose track drive with overdrive shut off. If its a decent track put it in second you don't want it shifting into third and powering out. If you even think its going to hope let out no need to break a daily driver just to fill a class up lol.
