My son John's AC190XTIII finally came home last Sat. with a rebuilt engine, after waiting patiently in our barn for almost 6 yrs. His Dear Wife had it rebuilt for his Christmas! Also as a surprise, the mechanic sprayed some Car Quest AC orange paint on it, not a pro job, but looks wonderful for us, as it's headed for the farm fields! We've never had a tractor that big on our 157ac mountain farm! John hooked it up to a set of rippers, it was AWESOME!!
Special Thanx for all your help, goes to Mr.Jim Nevils of Mo. & Cooks & Central Diesel too!
We see why so many of you love the AC190! I'll try to post some Good-Time photos. This tractor had been roughed up, & the mechanic limited the Inj.pump at 2000rpm so the engine would last longer.
Any suggestions.....or things for John to watch for in the 'new' tractor?
(ser.# 25614XTD - so thats 1969...correct?)
![]() We need a set of L & R Panels, anyone have a set available?
![]() You meet the nicest people on an AC!
![]() Notice the matching AC190III shirt, Gpa & Gma had to buy the new AC GSon!!!

Nice! That brings back a lot of good memories. My Dad bought a new one in 1969 with a cab like that. I was a sophomore in high school and on top of the world. I bought a 1970 later on and it was a good one.

What a great shot in the cab with the boy and his t-shirt. My son is about that size/age and every time he sees a tractor he says "Go..Go..Go!" LOL

John's Family says thanx everyone for the kind comments!
He said the large tires are 23.1 x 30 . John wanted to find some smaller ones so he could Plow! Also how about an old 4 or 6 row front mount cultivator....anybody?
We are also looking for the two triangle side panels, if anyone has them?
I got the AC190 out this afternoon to play in today's southern snow. I believe I could get used to this tractor fun real easy, ha! AC Orange really shows in the white snow!

Than 190 is very nice. Your son should be very happy with it. It looks like he is going to have plenty of work for it on yall's farm.

There are a couple on Ebay Stores at the current time:
Try copying this and putting it in your address line. The site has both a left and a right. They are asking $150 each but taking best offer.

Don't think those side panels on eBay are correct for a 190/190XT as I believe they are separate panels front and rear like the 180/185. Maybe a 210/220?
Bruce - Cook Tractor in Clinton, MO or Northside Salvage in Red Bud, IL should have those rear panels. Mike |

Nice looking 190 Bruce, dad's got one just like it but without the cab. I'd tell the mechanic to run it up to about 2400 rpm or you may be disapointed. She's a beauty. |
