In the 1960's when Allis Chalmers was still in business, customers could purchase made in USA parts or made in Italy parts. My reason for saying this is I think you should be able to get parts in Italy.

There are a few used dealers in the states but may be costly as to shipping.
General Gear in Idaho web address:
http://tractorparts.com/

Minnpar in Minnesota has some Allis with catalogs, web address:
http://www.minnpar.com/

On the early machines AC parts before joint venture, and Fiat/Allis parts might not be as easy to find.
One place to look is on Rock and Dirt site for breakers of machines here in the US .
Should be adds of salvage yards who might find parts. Old HD7 machines with the 3-71 Detroits were not that popular in the US either, or it seems as not many around at least in this area.

Last time I talked with Jim at Thills, they didn't mess around with them anymore... to old. 8 years ago, they had a pile of iron that was huge ready to be loaded out.  Last fall when looking fo p&b for HD5,  I asked them about an old OC18 and that was gone, as well as the 3 DD cletracs. Must be cleaning up?

They do run a wire though to other dealers who might have a lead on parts .
I bought track, sprockets, rollers for my FD 5 from them and as well as radiator and front grill enclosure for a HD5 I rebuilt.
