Well Fred. Doesn't look like your going to pick up or drop off any tractors or parts for a few days. Sure hope everything works out OK for you. PS: I didn't see the pole and flag to strap onto Steve when he comes to visit. LOL. Guess maybe with that much snow, he won't be there for a few days anyway. Stay safe and warm. God Bless.

Looks like a Winter wonderland there dude! Snowing here up North. Got about 3-4" on the ground since last night, but not snowin' here yet like at your place! Wind starting to blow now though, so I guess here's comes the brunt of the storm. Time to get the snow equpment out buddy!

I'm with ya Gary! I was thinkin 28 inches? Thats all? Thats just the start of a good snow fall up here in NY Fred! LOL! We can't complain here in NY thus far. We only have about 6 inches on the ground right now. Just enough to make it a pain but not enough to go snowmobiling.

Hey Fred, I guess we'll have to postpone working on my B for awhile. I can't even get around to the back to get the trailer out!

Took these pics out my window, the screen adds a nice touch. That short stick you can barely see is a yardstick.

Gentlemen,  We in Bel Air, MD are in the direct path of the snow with the entire state of Maryland on Blizzard warning.  High winds and snow up to 20 inches expected.  A recond winter snow fall for the state.
In fact, Baltimore, MD has an unheard of stage 3 where only emegerency vehicles are permitted on the roads.
We are hunkered down hoping the electric stays on  till it stops later tonight.
Stay warm.
Good Luck!

A classmate from all through school now lives in MD and I have been having a good time telling him how little snow we have here in Colorado.  One of his daughters out here has been asking "Snow, what's that?"  However, just like in upstate NY, we often get more snow in March then the rest of the winter combined.  So far we've had 71" most of it was in late Oct tho.

Fred, what's the big deal? Add a 50 MPH wind off Lake Michigan blowing that stuff around and producing another foot of lake effect snow; then you're in my world! LOL

Hay Bob,  Here in PA they put a ban on the roadways, no oversized trucks, no campers, no empty trailers, etc. on the highways.   I am sure that we can find a truck or 2, that we can fill up with snow and send south to you! How much do you miss it?  LOL

At least you are inside looking out! We are in the middle of calving out 250 head. Have been blessed so far, haven't lost one yet. We've had to bring a couple in the shop to warm up with electric blankets and hair driers.

Just think of the bright side Fred you don't have to pay New York taxes and you get to play in the snow.No matter where you are when you have to deal with cold ,snow and wind it is not pleasent and its costly .

Fred,
Send some of that snow north to Canada so we can play. We don't have enough snow here to get the snowmobiles out. Still looking at plowed ground.

Brad in Mi, I agree with what`s the big deal, I`m from Cadillac and here it looks like that from November till April. Always alot prettier in the pictures than when your out in it. Just come in from plowing over 400 foot driveway with the old Super C.

Sure wish we could get some of the snow in the mountains out here in the west.  The ski areas are screaming for snow.  Right now it's rocks and ice skiing.

You could send some of that here Fred, to the "great white north" LOL. Gave the WD a workout yesterday plowing out the drifts in my driveway, but we really haven't had that much snow yet this winter though we usually get some significant dumps in March and April.  Need the moisture badly as we have had drought for the last three years. Could'nt make a single bale of hay to sell last year.

One of the Winter Olympic venues in Vancouver could use some. They have been hauling snow in by truck and spreading it on the runs by helicopter. There has been lots of moisture but just too warm at lower elevations. The ski areas at higher elevations have lots of snow. I was skiing yesterday at the ski area on Vancouver Island and they have a 14' deep base on their slopes whereas I have trees starting to bud and some early flowers starting to open in my yard.
