Napa full flow filters are made by wix which has always shown high quality materials and high quality construction.  The independant test I have seen always place them high or at the top of the list.

The only filter I know that they have messed up is the 1101 for the b/c/ca bypass filter and they soon replaced it with the correct 7011.

I don't know any OEM (except cummins fleetguard) that makes their own filters, they are made for them by other companies to their specs.  Wix and donaldson are the best out there, fleetguard and baldwin\hastings are also top tier filters will meet or exceed the agco quality, might be the ones that make them for agco?
