does any one make a exact replacement seat,or does anyone have a oem seat they would sell,it's the all black high back with arm rests,not interested in a will work or similar aftermarket one

Seat cushions and arm rests are still available, but you will not find anything that is identical in the aftermarket.  You will need to do a lot of hunting to find an original.  A lot of them got tossed in favor of cheap aftermarket seats.

I like the seat on my old 190XT far better than that high backer with arms in the 200. I just can't see the hitch without twisting allup and get streatched out.
