Did allis chalmers make a 160 with a cab? Also, out if the 100 series which one is the most popular/reliable and are the best to work on?

Most popular........I'd say......total guess...... I see more 190XT tractors than any other. The 210 and 220 are the most well built and reliable although the 170-185 are real good too. All are labor intensive if you need to do major transmission work. Never liked all the bolts holding the hood on either but then everyone else and their grandma used a million bolts to hold hoods on too in that era. Not been around a 160.

Got say my 185 has been very reliable -- and as Lonn said, lot of bolts to get the hood off.
but I haven't had to take the hood off in the last 6 years. Good all round tractor  - in my opinion.

190 XT series III 1s my favorite, followed close by the 170 - 175.

170 is a seines IV D17 in new sheet metal, hard to get much more reliable than that.

220 and 210 seem to be more popular today than they were new.
