Call Tony Carbaugh  877-602-3994  tonystractors.com
he has a gentleman who does custom relining for steam engines, crane brake drums etc.   he was able to custom reline my brakes on my HD 16 when material was no loner available.  shoes were cleaned, and painted, i was very pleased with the quality.
