I was unpacking some of my tools and garage items last night. Tryign to get my garage all set up now that the 45 is home. I ran across a box of my old die cast cars and nic-nac stuff. In side was this, my grandfathers hood ornament from back in the 50s-60s. He worked for Waukesha Piearce back then, mostly on large heavy construction machinery. AC mostly. Dad told me he had a Cadillac and this was what he bolted to the hood. It is die cast aluminum, in great condition. Just going to clean the dust off, and display it in my office. |
