Needed muffler for my 5030 - called Sandy Lake and talked to Betty in parts Thursday after noon. She had doubts, but located one and gasket in Batavia, Il. Had it drop shipped to me. It arrived Friday (the next day) and I had it on the tractoe that evening -- great service. Much appreciated. All the vendors on this site are great - give 'em your support.

i'll 2nd that. i've had brenda on the phone about 6 times in the last couple weeks getting parts for a couple simplicity mowers....great service.

I have dealt with Brenda many times, always impressed by her knowledge of AC equipment.  It's a breath of fresh air to deal with Sandy Lake where customer service is still alive & well.

I was pleased to meet the crew of Sandy Lake at the GOTO in NY.  While I do not have any  parts need from what I have heard they are a great company.  Quick, efficient, and professional.  AND THEY STOOD UP TO AGCO.  The kind of dealer we all wish we were.
