My friend Rob from our local tractor show was missing this
year, I called him and he said his carburetor is bad and can’t be rebuilt. It
was running in March at a parade and died on the way home, any advice on who on
the forum is good at rebuilding a B carburetor? We both live in Plainfield,
Illinois and I can’t say I am skilled in this area; any advice on the matter
would be great.

Stick it in a cardboard box at the post office and address it to Steve @ B and B custom circuits in New Jorsey.

I agree with Charlie, Steve at B&B will make it better than new.  He did mine, and I was amazed at how it looked.

Sorry, I only do C carbs not B carbs.  LOL!  Just kiddin'. Thanks guys for the referrals. Its greatly appreciated! I saved some pretty sad carbs so far from the trash bin, so I feel confident that I can do your buddy's carb Dan if he wants to ship it out. I can't promise I'll get it back to him pronto, cause I have a pile of work here, but I'll get er' done for him as fast as I can. Just finishing up on four carbs that one of our customer's sent a while back for us to do for his Tractors. Four more in line to go yet, but still goin'. I gotta' set up another carb bench. Its getting to look like a Zenith and Marvel carb factory around here! LOL!
