I would like to announce the 2014 Gathering of the Orange: Centennial Celebration
August 14-17, 2014. To be held at the La Porte County Fairgrounds in La Porte, Indiana.
Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of Allis Chalmers Tractors and Farm Equipment !!
Mark your calendars for this One !! More Information will be in the next Old Allis News and will be updated here.

The other Centenial GOTO is in Lathrop Missouri in 2014. It seems like a long time off, but I hope to take all my stuff up there, so I am already getting started on getting things done. How many WD/WD45's can a guy get on a drop deck trailer; all but four will have narrow fronts.

I think Allen Dilg and his group have a big show planned at Union Grove, WI in 2014 that will include an activity in West Allis. I know where I am going!

It should be a good summer for AC shows.The Gathering at Lathrop will be the weekend after the Allis Connection Show. I will be a busy fella.

Just come to both shows John ! We are working on some events and displays here at La Porte that will be on the do not miss list !

I noticed John posted he planed on attending. So sad he won't be there except in spirit.
Hopefully his son will bring the girls, although I suspect they enjoyed being with grandpa more then the tractors.

It's a lot of work and it seems like they come and go faster each year. You would think I could plan enough this far ahead to attend. Working on getting out of a beach trip to make Plain City.Hope to see you there. Scott
