Has anyone had any luck trying to find someone that can make a wire harness for the series1 D-17 diesel? I have talked to Steve @B&B, and Brillman, they have never made one as of this time. They want an old one for a pattern and mine is in bad enough shape that I don't trust it's originallity.  Hoping someone has overcome this hurdle. I don't know how professional I can make one look if I try to make it. Dave

Go to http://wiringharnesses.com/ they have them, good quality stuff too.

Dave, I've been considering making more than one. The wiring on my series 1 diesel is pretty brittle. I did ask Steve too, but at that time he said he didn't have a pattern to go by. The plan is to make one up in time for the Amana show. I'll say up front that they won't have the cloth covering. PM me if you're interested.
