For many years I have wanted to some way try to locate one or both of the two tractors we had in the 50's. I was a young hired hand in those days on a farm in NE Ohio. Sadly the owner sold out when I was in the service, the farm equipment was sold and no serial numbers were recorded.
We had a new 1948 WD bought in 1948, before the snap couplers were available. About 1955 they bought a WD45 and traded in the WD. The owner was Merrill Wise, located in Streetsboro, Ohio . Our equipment dealer was Mills Brothers located in Ravenna, Ohio. We had mucho AC equipment working a family dairy farm.
Since there are many viewers here perhaps someone woul know something about these tractors. I know it is a very slight chance but if you don't ask you don't get anywhere.
If asnyone should know anything about this equipment I would appreciate a heads up.
