We have a JD Skid Steer 317 and the seat belt does not retract. It is a pain. Sometimes it takes minutes before we can get it to work. Does anyone else have this problem or have a solution?

When this happens on our New Holland it means the retractor housing is full of debris. Take it out of the machine, open the housing if you can, or else shake it and use an air hose to blow it out really well.
