As usual, I have a crazy idea.  I am looking to dehull spelt.  There are very expensive machines on the the market to do this job, but I am wondering if you were to feed the spelt into the feederhouse of an All Crop, could you not do the same thing as an expensive impact huller??  You can knock the seed out of the hull if the combine is set too tight, so I am thinking it could be done with the rubber concave of the All Crop.  Those that don't get dehulled, would come back through the return.  Any thoughts??

Thanks, wfmurray.  I am wondering if this setting for the AllCrop takes it out of the hull, or leaves it in the hull?

Based on the spelt harvest from an all-crop I saw years ago, the hull remains.
If its not an All-Crop, it all crap!
