I have a chance to get a WD45 factory power steering unit. It has the orbital motor, the pump and bracket and the reservoir tank. What, if anything is missing?

You want the gas tank support and linkage.

Yes as travis said, the throttle linkage set up is different on a tractor equipped with P/S. The crank pulley you will also need to run the pump.

You also want to make sure you get all of the steering linkage - you can cut yours and attach the top coupler to it, but the one between the orbital motor and u-jount has a "star wheel" on it to fit the coupler on the motor. Make sure you get both of the brackets (spacer is nice, but not absolutely necessary) for the orbital motor (the obvious heavy one under it, and the bent steel plate to the PD cover). Hoses can be replaced, but it is nice to have the three with rubber centers for a pattern (should be four lines total, "high pressure" from pump to reservoir for the relief, steel line from pump to area between reservoir and hood, rubber with steel ends from that to orbital motor, return from there to tank, and low pressure from reservoir to pump).
