wd45d injector pump

I  have a  problem with an injector pump on a wd45d.The head is wet with diesel fuel when the tractor sits.Anybody ever have anything to do with a leak like this?When it runs,it runs smooth but when it sits the head gets wet.Any help would be appreciated,Tony

Are you getting the fuel shutoff lever in the full locked off position?
