I haven't been on here mutch lately, now I need some info. I remember that there used to be a list of serial numbers for Allis equipment somewhere, and of course now I need to refer to it and cannot find it! I need a list of D-14 serial numbers in particular, I am going this afternoon to look at a D-14, and would like a list to verify the age. This unit in question has a loader, decent tires, and a new clutch. Not sure about tin and paint, what would a fgair price be? The guy wants $6500.00 Canadian for it.
Thanks in advance.

At the top left of this page, there is a "main page" . Click it and the serial number ref. is on the top right side of that page.

For $6500, that tractor better be brand new! That's very high. I would not go over 4 for it (and it better be real good for that price).

I agree....I bought a nice one at auction with ps, loader with blade and bucket, WD cultivator, #7 mower and 9' sc blade for $3400. Of course it smoked alot...but, I replaced the carb and it runs fine.

I went last night to look at it. The guy told me he bought it for
$1500.00, had the head done and replaced the clutch, had new tires on
one side of tractor, thought that was odd. It would not start without a
boost, he said had been sitting for several week. Just then his buddy
comes in the shop and says funny that it needed a boost ran great
yesterday!!!
Anyhow I had seen and heard enough, so I left. The hunt continues. At best it was worth maybe $2500.00 |
