Last week someone asked about converting a G to 12 volt with an alternator. I made a comment that I had never seen an alternator on a G that the sheet metal had not been altered. Well at the GOTO I saw 2. Also a WD with WD-45 decal that had the smallest alternator, physical size I have ever seen, 40 amp out put.

I have some pictures of them, but not good at posting pictures.

I think Motorla makes a nice small frame ALT also
