I got one for my "red" machine. Like somebody said, good to take to shows or for when people ask a question about something. I'll have to pick up an allis one to add.

It's a great little book to carry with you at auctions or shows and $20 is very reasonable compared to what I've seen some sell for.

The book is "Allis-Chalmers farm tractors and crawler Data Book" By Terry Dean 4 1/2" x 7 1/2" reference from 1914--1963. serial numbers, specification. from the 10-18 to D19 plus crawlers. www.djstractorparts.intuitwebsites.com

Just to clarify, There were 2 at least. One for Earthmoving/Construction, and other for Farm related, Correct? About 4"X7".

There is one on ebay, but it looks like Amazon is the best bet. I thought I saw one at TSC, but I'm not positive on that.

Can't say I've ever heard of this book, but what I do recommend is Norm Swinfords book "Allis Chalmers Farm Equipment 1914-1985", commonly referred to on here as "norm's book" or the "AC Bible". This, I'm sure, will surpass any information in this data book. It's a little pricey on amazon but keep your eye out at tractor shows and such and you should easily find a copy.
