What is th earlist AC tractor still in existance?

Far as I know the earlist known is a 10-18 belonging to  Dave Pfouts. it is restored.

But the Pfouts 10-18 is the lowest serial number known to exist....

   So, If I am correct Dave Pfouts would be # 1273 ? I see four of the 10-18's known of have no number, are these newer ?

There was a 10-18 that used to come to Amana several years ago. Don't know who owned it or where they were from though.

Dont know about a 10-18 but the 6-12 is stamped intop of the fuel tank if I remember correctly

To see serial # you need to take the front wheel post off where it bolts to frame.I have pictures of Dave and Marks  10-18 when they had it down to the last bolt and nut .Will post pictures tonight .They restored the tractor in Larry Leitzow's shop .

I don't have a clue!  I would look at Fred's new garage, in the "secret room", sure he has it, it will be there soon! lol   He sure does get what can't be found!

   REPDLP, The first 10-18, which I believe was the final prototype, was built in 1914. Production continued until 1923. No records are known to exist of serial numbers therefore specific dating of each tractor is unkown. According to Norm Swinford there was only one built in 1914.

   I was just thinking, two of the surviving 6-12's are known to be model year 1919 and one of the 18-30's is a 1919. It is very possible the oldest surviving Allis Chalmers tractor might be a 6-12 or 18-30.

I've had the pleasure to meet Dave and Mark on a couple occasions during visits to Larry's place.  Very nice people to talk with and be around.  Dave even let me and my brother Todd take a tour of their place...lots of cool stuff there to look at.

Yes my 18-30 is a 1919 .It's the oldest 18-30 on record as i am told by Larry S and Norm M. .
