Got a new seal kit for the transmission input shaft for the HD5G. Service manual calls for "Neoprene Cement" to be used on some parts. Local Auto Supply stores don't have it and don't even know what it is. I found some on the internet, but apparently it is used primarily to repair rubber and wet suits for scuba diving. Does anyone know if it is the same type stuff as called for in the Allis service manual?

Why is there never time to do it right the first time, but always time to go back and fix it?

Cant remember what i used for sure but think it was a 3M product,(847 adhesive) something like a weather strip adhesive / brown colored real tacky product used to glue rubber and other gasket material
