Parting Out A Gleaner N7

   I got an early Gleaner N7. I got it for the 516 engine. The motor is now out and thinking about taking what is left to the salvage yard. It has all good cab glass. Good cylinder bars. Factory grain tank extentions are dent free. There are alot of good shaftes in it. The trans and hydro are stilll in it. It has the 2 speed gear box and the latest and greatest rock door. 2 gears to run the accelerator rolls. Electric clutches. Sadly, the ladder, unloading auger, and tattle tails are gone. 

I still want to take off the chaffer blower fan, electro-hydraulic stack(maybe, but if you need them I can let it go), final drives and tires, and rear spindles and the seat.

I would like to get her move out of here yet this winter. My town is Algona, Ia. If any of the parts can do you good, I would like to know, because we need to keep the Gleaners running.

	Putting the motor back into a gleaner? Tractor?

	The dream is to shoehorn the 516 into a 7080. Afew years ago I bought a 7080 from BV. He told me verything about the tractor along with a video of it. He told me that the motor had a rod break loose and go through the block and that there was a patch cover placed over it. His dad bought it at auction without knowing its history. If you wern't told of the patch cover, you might not notice it. It's behind the starter. The old tractor doesn't start to good in the cold, but once it does, it makes great power. But someday as we all know, she will go bad. And when she does, the 7080 should hopfully become a 7095.
