I am working on putting together my WD45 engine. I appreciate the video showing how to seal it up so that it doesn't leak. I'm unsure how to make the tool to align the timing cover though. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

My tool is 70 years old and is like a speedi-sleeve for a worn shaft only it slips on and off the crankshaft nose. Tighten the bolts while the sleeve centers the cover on the crank and remove when done. You could make one out of pipe to use the seal OD bore as the pilot on the cranks nose.
