  My gas 7020 tractor ran ok for a few hours running a 7 foot bush hog.I would say it had ok power and ran very smooth.I went over a mole hill and all motion stopped and I heard a grinding sound.The engine still runs smooth but there is something running rough feels like in the drivetrain.
  No hydraulics anywhere and the low pressure light is on the dash.No steering no gears no pto and no 3point lift.Oil level is ok as best as I can tell.Dont like the sight glass idea as the new oil is nearly clear.
  I am going to walk away from it for a day or 2 and try to get spring work done with my WD45 and 2 D17's.
  I don't know these tractors very well but I have a horrible feeling that some shaft has let go.
   Any help is appreciated.This tractor may send me back to church.

Sounds like a torque limiter problem or whatever there is on the flywheel of that engine to drive everything.

  It starts fine so it is something in back of that.There is a whole bunch of things I don't know behind the engine.
   I have put a  lot of time and effort into this tractor so having it fail again is a major dissapointment.

If you didn't "seat" the torque limiter disc to the flywheel, it may not have been centered properly and that, in time, will rip the center out of the torque limiter disc and give you exactly what you've got.....nothing works but the air conditioner and radio.

Yup. Lost all power from engine - Torque Limiter - or associated parts.

BillinAlberta, its just a bump in the road of engine swapping. Even the pros don't always get it perfect, the first go around. You've gotten good advise from the AC forum & that will continue so that you can repair whatever the issue(s).  Down the road, looking back, I believe you'll be happy that you've accomplished it.

   Well I can check the torque limiter .That makes sense.
I will have to get some guidance on how to seat a new torque limiter
properly if that is the case.It will need to wait until after seeding and spring work.
    Many thanks for the help.I really miss my dad who was an Allis service rep from 1954 until the AGCO era.He would have kept me on the right path.

Seating a torque limiter: Place tractor in a gear of approx 10 to 12 MPH. Full throttle and rolling along at 10-12 MOH and jam on the brakes as hard as you can. This will cause the torque limiter to move on the flywheel and center itself. Higher HP diesel engines (not this gas engine) will stall the rear wheels and the engine will still be singing.

You can make a pilot shaft to center it as well, this gas engine may not have enough torque to overcome the torque limiter to make it slip slightly into position.

On a PST tranny, yes. Power Director trannys have no pilot bearing.

Even without pilot bearing, there is a machined center to the flywheel that allowed us to make a dummy alignment shaft for my PD 7040. We needed to center it because we put 6 1/2" allen bolts in the flywheel to act as drive lugs, for sled pulling.

Ed in the 70's they sent me to Jeanerette LA to check out severe vibration on 7040's. I found they had done the same thing - with the 1/2 " allen bolts - except they just put one bolt in --  on the side.
