All four of my tires have water in them . With the valve at Noon a little water still seeps out when I check PSI . Does that mean they're overfull ? I guess recommended PSI still applies ? 14 rear , 28 front is what I shoot for . Thanks !

Maybe not. I get the same thing checking mine. My procedure is to set at the twelve o clock position, push compressed air in first then check pressure with a gauge. My reasoning is fluid gets in the airway of the tire valve and hangs up in there until air is moved in or out. If you push air in first and still get fluid out then fluid is above the valve at twelve o clock

There is always a sip of juice left in stem when turned up top. Like said,blow in a bit first to clear stem.
