Allis Chalmers snap coupler hitch for implement tool bar.  Appears to have been on a 2 1/2" or 2 1/4" tool bar, but looks like it can be adjusted to other sizes.  In decent condition.  $100.  Located outside Eagle, Nebraska.  You pick up or arrange shipping.  I can put on a pallet.  For additional information PM or call Dave cell 402-540-5987.

We had a coil shank field cultivator with that same hitch when I was a kid.
