My injection pump is leaking at the throttle shaft on my 190xt III with a Roosa Master pump. Anyone know if this can be fixed easily or do I have to remove pump?

I've done it before. Not easy, but not terrible either. The cover has to be removed and the retaining clip pulled out to release the two control shafts. The allen bolt in the center probably has to be removed with the lever and overtravel spring to get enough room to remove the throttle shaft as it will hit the engine block.

Like these guys said, it's tricky, but can be done. I reshaped an allen wrench just for getting that screw out. It's not as common for that to leak as the fuel shutoff is. Replace them both and usually the top cover gasket too. Hopefully none of the top cover bolts twist off.

Typically DB pumps leak because the flex ring is starting to crumble, and the pieces are plugging the return fitting in top. Going to the work to put the 2 orings may buy a little time, but it'll likely need serviced in the near future.
