I have an Allis Chalmers 545H.
Serial number ( 48U03152 )
can anyone confirm the year of this loader ?
Also I am trying to cross reference the injector pump to get a replacement 
Engine TAG  ( 2900 )  4022315  ( 2D-32192 )
Roosa Master pump - DBGFC637-37FW

take it off and get it rebuilt at a pump shop.  will be cheaper than buying a pump outright.

Check with Injector Ed on the site, I'm sure he can rebuild yours for less then a new one or even a used one that you don't know the history of.

Your machine was made in 1969.
Currently- WD,WC,3WF's,2 D14's B. Previously- I 600,TL745,200,FL9,FR12,H3,816 LBH. Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal!

I have not come across any website that posts the serial #'s to the year of the Allis Industrial line of machines. I have a serial # book by 'Primedia information inc.' that is more than 20 years old now. It includes a lot of the old Allis equipment but I have no info on newer equipment.
The first 545 to be built in 1969 was #2795 and the last in that year was #3317.

Unless your pump is seized, it should be pretty reasonable to just rebuild yours. It'll be similar to other pumps for AC 301 engines.
