Are all lawnmower hydrostats posi-trac? I'm trying to Jerry rig a project but it'll only work if the hydrostat turns only one wheel/pulley. It's a 1997 MTD if that matters.
I know, I should have checked before tearing it all apart. But that would have been too easy!

My AC 612H only drives one wheel.  The left, when sitting on the seat, if that matters.
