No. All power shift transmissions have the 6 speed gear selector in place of T-handle( black belly PD in right hand console). Here’s some internet photos of 1976(maroon) 7060 power shift cab console, which is also very similar to a black belly 7060.

All 7010-7080 Power Director tractors do have the 2 buttons on the floor like a 7030/7050.

The cab of that 7060 looks so familiar!  Have 2, 1 red belly, the other a black belly.  Spent many an hour in those cabs.
