The unanimous 56-page ruling handed down on Wednesday by three judges from the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco said that the Environmental Protection Agency’s most recent approval of top dicamba herbicides in 2018
that says it all right there

That’d be good. Ive got Xtend soybeans that I’d like to use dicamba post over them to cope with the waterhemp. Sounds like you’re more familiar with it than me. Do you think that’s could still be possible in 2-3weeks??

AC7060IL read a more detailed article that came from local Farm Bureau and one formulation of the new dicamba was not part of this law suit,3 or 4 other are. But I would think you need to grab it now if you can. Because everyone that planted the Xtend seeds will be wanting it.
The ninth "circus" court has been changed by Trump already from thing I have read. Trump has been on top appointing new judges. Has not been fooled like so many conservancies have been in the past about who they put up to be judges.If he can get 4 more years it will help a lot.
