was moving -driving but had bad pinion gear.Tore ractorapart replaced with a used rear half.When we were putting the 2 halves back together bushing on rear shaft seemed tight.now tractor stalls out if we let the clutch out.Any ideas.THANKS

You installed a used "rear end" into your 190XT. Bushing on the rear shaft seems tight ?? I have no idea what you're talking about. Even if the transmission (inside the rear end) can't rotate, you should be able to leave the Power Director clutch lever in Neutral and let out on the foot clutch. If this doesn't happen and with the Power Director in neutral it still kills the engine, your problem is in the Power Director clutch or the large (3 inch diameter) bushing on the front of the Power Director clutch fits TIGHT onto the hollow shaft ?? If you had to draw the rear end together to the torque housing using bolts, that shouldn't be.
