Hello All: I believe, I read of a gentleman a few years back who removed the transmission of an I-600 tractor (shuttle clutch) and replaced the transmission with a D15 transmission (Hi/Low range transmission). If that gentleman is still on this forum, I would like to discuss this topic with him. I can’t find the topic through the search filter. The I-60 and I-600 that have a 3pt hitch and PTO. The PTO speed is something like 825 PTO not
the standard 540 PTO. The shuttle clutch
makes the PTO speed run faster than standard 540 PTO. Anyways, I’m consider changing the
transmission to (Hi/Low) with a standard 540 PTO speed. I welcome any comments of suggestions. I can be reached at (617) 913-9007. Thanks, John |
