I am looking at the fuel contamination. At what level will this become issue, what are the potential causes... injectors, pump? Other symptoms to look for? Bought tractor at auction with approx 9150 hours a little over 2 years ago  uploads/16579/AC7010-190622.pdf

Any insight would be appreciated!

Water doesn't get along well with injectors. Neither does solid particles. This is why you want a good particle/water filter in your system. Algae is another problem. If your fuel filter clogs up often algae is usually the reason. A water filter usually has a drain at the bottom. Of course this doesn't work if your filters are installed upside-down.

I think he's looking at the issue of fuel in the oil.

All the sources I have read indicate that over 2% is the point where you start trying to fix the issue, which you appear to be at.  

I would follow the lab's advice and take the sample under optimum conditions and see if this is really an issue or not.
