Guys I was setting up for the flea market at the 4H building at the Iowa State Fair grounds. There is a guy there with a 443 baler in a box. It looks good. $195.00 is his price. He says it is not from Hutch. This baler has a bale chute on it. He said the one at Hutch has a bale thrower on it. The building is open 8-4.00 Sat and Sunday. This is not mine.

He is correct.  Hutch offered the 444 last year.  They usually have total rights to the tooling of the models they have SpecCast make.   Darryl was here last week and said they got a break on the tooling costs as SpecCast could then modify the tooling to make the 443 for the regular toy market.  I don't know what the retail price for the 443 is/was as I didn't buy one, but the guy is probably not too far off.

If you bale the toys, it makes them easier to store in the barn, out of the site of the local domestic financial auditor (aka the loving wife) and leads to far fewer audits of our spending activities and subsequent limits of the budgets for "farm" expenses.
