Nice Tractor Morten. Hope they play nice together. What model cat did you get?
Also meant to ask, how the 16 held up with your ship cargo unload job. Any damage to the beloved HD16? |

Appears to be a D8C, LGP(Low Ground Pressure) shoes. Going to be loading More ships Morten? By that unit you must have made some good money at it.

As much as i love my D6Ds; and ive got 2 of them. D6C/D swampys are weak in the final drive dept. Drain and Check the final drive oils. And also check the outer deadshaft nut is tight and the sprocket preloads are tight. The HD16s finals are far more solid than the LGP D6s. Also crawl underneath and check where the diagonal braces are for the track frames, grease the bearings on each side; and also one each in outer caps. But mainly check for any oil weeping out of the deadshaft case where the diagonal brace is. You want it to be nice and dry !
Hope all is good in there. Cheers Merv

Are you going to trick out the cab like you did on the HD? Post a picture of the AC decals I sent you.
