Darrel, you probably should come down and help Dale bid at the sale, plus since he didn't make it to Hutch this year, you will have the chance to give him a hard time.

Sat 8/11/18 sale is the Kent&Gabe Auction. Has 2- 7020's, 2- 185's 1 with cab, 1- 180, F-3 green stripe, F-2 non-runner.
I went for a look last Friday as had prior commitments last Saturday. Rasmussen's 180 has issues but isn't a bad looking unit for 50 years old, 3 pt. won't move, steering won't move can hear hydraulics trying, needs both rear rims Repaired or Replaced, 4 new tires needed. His 7020 has the usual small leaks, none are dripping to the ground, just staying wet. It's a 12 spd powershift, you have to shut it off to put it in Hi or Low, unless you want to hear some major grinding. Pretty good tires. F-3 looks good so do the heads, good 4x30" cornhead. He was just getting setup to wash equip and try to free up the stuck things while I was there. His brother has some equip parked there as well, but does not know if they sell Sat. or not. None of the " consigned by others " stuff was there yet.

was up at the Lee Valley sale site today, there are lots of the older AC's tractors, some with loaders, some without, there is also a great looking 917 with a belly mower, I think there are pics of all of them on their web site.

went out to the Peterson auction site for tomarrows sale, the other tractors have shown up. a 185 with a cab with heat and air...yes air conditioning in the year a round cab. that tractor looks good cept the 3rd link is bent, and the PTO spins really freely when you grab it??? the other 185's PTO you have to really grab tight to turn it. (both tractors not running when I did this). as KJ said, owner said the 180 has hyd problems, but it does steer. the other 7020 showed up, it's also a power shift, and it's 3rd link is also bent! they power washed all the tractors, some turned out better than others. I didn't drive any of them today, there was lots of black stuff on the seats and tops of hood and fenders, I didn't want to transfer any of that to the suburban I drove out there. talked to the owner, he told me about the high/low tranny problem with his 7020, he also said he'd been using it that way for 3 years and never bothered anything, just had to put it where you were gonna use it, all the farm ground they used it on surrounded the farm stead, (100 acres). the 2 7020's and the 185 with the cab all looked above average in exterior looks. I could see the 7020's needed cab kits. dunno if i'll be at the sale or not, anyone on here going? you might get a pic of me! LOL
